Details: “Rockin' Independence Eve” is held at the Walking Mall, Winchester, Virginia.  This event is an annual celebration held by the city of Winchester to honor and commemorate the United States' birthday.  Numerous vendors are present, with live bands playing throughout the day.  VASSAR Color Guard will present colors for the National Anthem.
