Col. James Wood II Chapter event with, Ketoctin DAR and Fort Loudoun DAR to participate, Tea will be dumped into the Shenandoah River to commemorate the event.  After this commemorative event, attendees will process to a nearby cemetery for a wreath laying ceremony at the grave of George Washington’s niece.  In the event of inclement weather, an indoor venue is available. Musket volleys will be fired at both ceremonies.
