Details: This will be the second event in Commemoration of the 250th Anniversary of the signing of Loudoun Resolves.  Francis Peyton was the chairman of the Loudoun Resolves and a patriot of the American Revolution.  The ceremony will dedicate a plaque commemorating his service as Chairman of the Resolves and will dedicate a  Patriot grave marker.  Parking will be on the grounds of North Spring Behavioral Healthcare.
