On August 13, 2023, at the Williamsburg United Methodist President Bruce Laubach of the Williamsburg Chapter SAR presented Eagle Scout recognition certificates and SAR Eagle Scout Scholarship applications to Jonathan D’Alessandro, Luke Waters, Gus Strawn, and Quinn Merkel (l to r).  These scouts are members of BSA Troop 103 of Williamsburg.  Attending with President Laubach were SAR members and Eagle Scouts Ron Adolphi, Ray Duncombe, and Bob Davis.
