Williamsburg Chapter Activities

At the Williamsburg Chapter, SAR meeting and luncheon on August 12th, Chapter President Bruce Laubach presented the SAR Bronze Eagle Scout Fund Certificate to Ron Adolphi.

The Robert E. Burt Boy Scout Volunteer Award is a national recognition approved by the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR). It is presented Ron for his outstanding dedication to the Scouting Program.

 

At the September 9th meeting of the Williamsburg Chapter SAR, Bruce Laubach, Chapter President presented Certificate of Appreciation to Richard Sullivan, Master Gunsmith at Colonial Williamsburg.  Mr. Sullivan’s excellent presentation focused on Rifles made in the Valley between 1750 and 1780.

 

 

 

At the September 9th meeting of the Williamsburg Chapter SAR held at Colonial Heritage Club House, Williamsburg, Virginia.  Bruce Laubach, Chapter President, administers the Oath to our newest member Allen Saunders inducted into the Sons of the American Revolution, Williamsburg Chapter.  Mr. Saunders revolutionary ancestor is Enoch Vaughan.

At the September 9th meeting of the Williamsburg Chapter SAR, Bruce Laubach, Chapter President presented Supplemental Ancestor Certificates to Roger Cross, ancestor William Lyne and George Corbett, ancestor Daniel Kelly.
