FLATHERS/MAY FUND

The Flathers/May Virginia Society Endowment Fund is used to provide financial support for the maintenance, enhancement, and publication of The Bulletin newsletter. One-half of the annual income from the investments will be added to the Trust principal, and the remaining one-half may be used toward the costs of maintaining and publishing The Bulletin. Additional contributions to the Fund are to be encouraged; and when the Fund produces income sufficient to pay all costs of publishing The Virginia Bulletin, all the annual income may be used for that purpose.

Three (3) Trustees: (a) Chairman, appointed by the President of the Society (b) Editor, The Virginia Bulletin (c) The Treasurer of the Society
